abb60f10ea Fix autolinking issues in the wiki. Fixes bug #11086. 
The query for finding titles returns multiple title for each asset.
Guarantee that the latest title wins.  Do not escape characters in
the hash key, since that creates NEW hash entries, and all keys
are quotemeta'ed later anyway.

ecd5b149ca Prevent the Matrix from showing raw data before rendering the DataTable. Fixes bug #11002 
Note, this undoes the progressive enhancement work that was part of 7.7.
It was unfinished, and undocumented.

ece9d56a9e Rekey the template_attachments table. Fixes bug #11063. 
Also, prevent template attachments from throwing an error on duplicate
URLs, and fix the purge method added earlier.

68be37b780 Do manual uniqification of items in Syndicated Content. Fixes bug #11156 
Do not use merge because it uses normalize, which uses uniq_item, which
uses only links to determine uniqueness.

4b8ab2a039 WikiPage attachments need groupToEdit to be the same as the ancestor wiki groupToEditPage, otherwise users's cannot edit their own attachments. Fixes bug #11057 
Also, update the test to use addToCleanup.

5fc2a1f248 Fixed bug #11096. Deleting a thread causes a WebGUI error. 
Checked to make sure that anything is returned from getLineage
before calculating the rating.  When the thread is in the trash
or clipboard, then getLineage will not return anything.

247166baf2 In the CS, do not show a profile link unless the user is not a visitor. Fixes bug #11084 
If the post is owned by Visitor, do not show the link because no one
is allowed to see Visitor's profile.  If the current user is Visitor,
do not show the link because Visitor is not allowed to view anyone's
profile.

9a8b6d292e Fix EMS Schdedule template bugs. Fixes bug #10988.
