a71e494d34 Fix Calendar copy behavior. By default, duplicate will only copy 
the Calendar.  duplicateBranch must be called to copy it _and_ its
children.

2b3b3fd458 Remove the headblock property from the Template Asset, and merge 
it into extra head tags.  Style templates are not allowed to
have extra head tags.

04f2388ef8 The deprecated use of Graphics::Magick has been eliminated. WebGUI uses 
Image::Magick exclusively for all image processing functions once again.

fd73f98e4e Fixed a bug where WG::User would not check whether the friends group exists or not. As a result it was not possible 
to eg. delete such users.
