60a3906b05 Add a creation date to the Cart. 
Use that date to expire carts older than an interval, via a new workflow.
Config file changes, tests, i18n.

21058ead4d changed: the list of extensions for the export system to pass through 
unmodified has been moved to the configuration file under the

ba677052b1 In WebGUI.conf.orig, remove dangling commas, which are illegal in JSON. 
Restore the order of the Content handlers, which are searched in the order listed.
