Fix autolinking issues in the wiki. Fixes bug #11086 .
...
The query for finding titles returns multiple title for each asset.
Guarantee that the latest title wins. Do not escape characters in
the hash key, since that creates NEW hash entries, and all keys
are quotemeta'ed later anyway.

WikiPage attachments need groupToEdit to be the same as the ancestor wiki groupToEditPage, otherwise users's cannot edit their own attachments. Fixes bug #11057

Fixed bug #11096 . Deleting a thread causes a WebGUI error.
...
Checked to make sure that anything is returned from getLineage
before calculating the rating. When the thread is in the trash
or clipboard, then getLineage will not return anything.
