63668be0d0 Alter Workflow::Instance and Cron to return empty hashrefs instead 
of undef.
Fix JSON handling in Commerce::Transaction->shippingOptions.  This probably isn't a problem
now since it is never called as an accessor.

d2e55307ed Set up enhanced logging of transactions. 
Note that now, all transactions are logged, whether they
fail or not.  Failed transactions are logged with status
canceled.  ITransact transactions have additional data
logged.

2c1005522b Commerce changes: 
Credit Card failures now bounce user back to checkout screen with error there
Added Check commerce plugin and removed select box from Cash plugin.  Users now don't have to chose twice.
Added label to each payment plugin.  ITransact module now defaults to "Credit Card" for display purposes.

f420103b2e - fix: Shopping Cart Not Working 
- fix: Editing Products Template wipes out SKU
 - fix: Email to RFE List Going to Spam
 - fix: 7.0.0-7.0.1 upgrade -- op called w/o passing session
 - fix: spectre.pl daemon error
 - Changed the Spectre tests to be a seperate option on the spectre.pl command
   line, which fixed a problem with the WRE monitor, and also enabled us to
   add more complete connectivity testing.
