51d1955671 Set isHidden=1 in GalleryFile by default, to prevent some navigations from having 
problems.
Update existing GalleryFile assets to set isHidden=1.

added call to 'loadSurvey' after 'cancel'
also added code in 'loadSurvey' to allow for a refresh without
displaying an edit window.

a71e494d34 Fix Calendar copy behavior. By default, duplicate will only copy 
the Calendar.  duplicateBranch must be called to copy it _and_ its
children.
