3807af315c Move the template code for title.form.textarea right next to title.form so that 
it's obvious that they're the same variable, and both shouldn't be used.
Updated docs and fixed <br> tags to be XHTML compliant.

d70002dfed Changed default view to display master events only. 
Changed default view template to control display of events in relation to one another allowing each event's template to control formating of event details.
Moved all of the search functionality into it's own view method.
Added template for new search method.
Fixed label and hover help in add/edit event screen.

f6b336a824 i18n for Cash plugin 
Fix broken link inside Operation/AdSpace.pm
Add a method to be used for developing apps with i18n before
i18n is ready.  This will eventually be used as part of a system
to automatically create i18n files from Perl source.
