ecd5b149ca Prevent the Matrix from showing raw data before rendering the DataTable. Fixes bug #11002 
Note, this undoes the progressive enhancement work that was part of 7.7.
It was unfinished, and undocumented.

ece9d56a9e Rekey the template_attachments table. Fixes bug #11063. 
Also, prevent template attachments from throwing an error on duplicate
URLs, and fix the purge method added earlier.

4b8ab2a039 WikiPage attachments need groupToEdit to be the same as the ancestor wiki groupToEditPage, otherwise users's cannot edit their own attachments. Fixes bug #11057 
Also, update the test to use addToCleanup.

361c28143a Fix rendering of the Edit Profile screen. Fixes bug #10956. 
Change the template and CSS so that the "view as others" link is not
inline with the tabs.  This prevents them from overlapping.

247166baf2 In the CS, do not show a profile link unless the user is not a visitor. Fixes bug #11084 
If the post is owned by Visitor, do not show the link because no one
is allowed to see Visitor's profile.  If the current user is Visitor,
do not show the link because Visitor is not allowed to view anyone's
profile.

9a8b6d292e Fix EMS Schdedule template bugs. Fixes bug #10988. 
Give the EMS Schdule template its own namespace.  In the db,
remove usage of EMS template and EMS Schedule templates in the
wrong places.
