91029e8140 Remove inline JS from the Date and DateTime forms by putting the user's firstDayOfWeek preference 
into the getWebuiProps.

4c7e1b4cfd Form::Date::toHtml was coded to set value tgo the default this caused 
the default value to be displayed in some cases.
