Refactor the code so that the Event adds itself to a calendar object, giving it access to add other things to the calendar, like a timezone definition.

Fix a typo in the Event preventing menuTitle from being sent out. Fix issue with the menuTitle being set twice. Update the test to fix long string handling.

Begin building an ICal object for parsing the ical feeds.
doesn't have to check something that the workflow activity knows it will
have to wait on for a while.
- Added --stop and --start aliases to spectre.pl.
Autocommit assets like CS posts or Calendar Events can now be added before the
parent is committed. They will go into the same version tag as their parent.
fix: Sometimes the error message for the Calendar Update Feeds is part of the content response.
fix: Serial workflows no longer get held up in the queue
