1395fcc411 Add RFE #10944, keyword pages. 
Keyword pages are any page where the title is exactly the same as any keyword
for any page in the wiki.  Keyword pages work the same as any wiki page, but
also may display a list of pages that are tagged with the keyword.

1e7f443126 Fix problems with the Sales tab in the Shop Account plugin. 
Only display the Sales tab to vendors, and prevent www_viewSales from erroring out if the
user is not a vendor.  New template, template variable, i18n.

247166baf2 In the CS, do not show a profile link unless the user is not a visitor. Fixes bug #11084 
If the post is owned by Visitor, do not show the link because no one
is allowed to see Visitor's profile.  If the current user is Visitor,
do not show the link because Visitor is not allowed to view anyone's
profile.

e886474284 Draw a fieldset around each Photo and its metadata. 
Change the delete label so that it is clear that you are deleting the image and the metadata.
Redo the image upload form so that it is clear that uploading a new image to a photo with
an existing image replaces the existing with the new one.
