Colin Kuskie ba3b34dfcc Add some POD to Operation::Group. ... Removed dead code from Operation::User (a duplicate copy of www_deleteGrouping). I verified that Operation.pm calls Group instead of User and there are no places in the core code that calls that sub directly.
