9c77fdcce7 Add the inheritUrlFromParent property, which causes the asset to prepend its 
parent's URL to its own URL. Boolean, default off, found in the meta tab.

d744551c31 - rfe: Not being limited to single-worded Tags 
- Exposed keywords API to all assets through edit screen. Now keywords are
   searchable and add metatags for all assets.

7accc3c57f Add fine-grained export controls. You can now specify whether you want specific 
assets to be exportable. If any of an asset's parents aren't exportable, that
asset also won't be exportable.

da03424051 Fix a bug with uploading files through the FilePile. 
Permissions default to those of the parent, but if they are overridden in the FilePile
form the form settings are now taken.

93288c8332 Huge amount of ISA work for Assets (as opposed to Wobjects). 
Bug fix for toolbar button rows that do not go away when all buttons
are deselected.
