06a38c61c3 JSON collateral rewrite, first part. 
API is rewritten and tested.  Upgrade script builds JSON
for all commerce products with unique identifiers.
TBD: Rework Product asset and test it.

4cf45c289c Update all Wobjects, and snippets from using the Product 
Macro to using AssetProxy.  The loadProductAsset.pl script is
for testing the conversion.
